But now Bob sees an even bigger vision: to inspire a genius world and to spread one message…

You have potential genius within you. You can develop your inner genius to do genius things that improve your life and the lives of others.

From [gen] —defined as that which produces or brings about …and -[ius] means made of or belonging to that which contains … Genius can be understood to be that which is the source of production and your innate ability to bring into existence extraordinary things.

The vision: a genius world

Genius Inc. is an initiative aimed at educating everyone about the 24 characteristics that all geniuses have in common. When Bob first heard about the important research of Latino psychologist Dr. Alfred Barrios who came up with the all-inclusiveness of genius characteristics decades ago, he was impressed with the seemingly straightforward traits that embody genius. It spoke to him since it helped explain the success he was encountering, and he became determined to communicate the ideas to others. He believes applying genius characteristics in all we do will change lives for the better. And as a lifelong learner, he knew the importance of educating the young. Make our youth aware, bring them to an essential understanding, and enjoy the fruits that will surely follow as they apply their knowledge.

Bob’s mission extends beyond entrepreneurship—he is deeply committed to funding and advancing charitable programs and initiatives that uplift humanity, particularly in the nonprofit sector.
